We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Include all accessories and components
Show no signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been heavily used, modified, damaged, or returned in unsanitary condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A description of the issue
Clear photos or videos showing the defect

If approved, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
